It is hard for me to believe that since April I have lost 60 lbs, which mathematically speaking is 10 lbs a month. I don’t think anyone thought I could do it including myself. A friend of mine had done well on the diet and I thought, if she could do it, then why not me. So, I began looking for Ideal Protein in my area.

I was greeted by a delightful coach who seemed to love what she did. When she took out the tape measure and told me to hop on the scale I thought, really, what could I have been thinking? But her kind and supportive ways coupled with her good sense of humor made the visits enjoyable and I found myself wanting to do well, not only for myself, but for her. One can not always eat at home, so, as I went out to eat, I tried hard to remember the things which she taught me. Some might think the diet is restrictive, but I find it easy to follow, I’m never hungry, and since April I have lost weight each week except for one week where I gained .4 oz. I feel so much better and I can actually look in the mirror and think, hey not bad.

For those of you frustrated with your weight, I would strongly suggest you attend one of the informational meetings. You will have the ability to try some of the foods and you will see how easy this diet is. Week one, I lost 7 lbs, and since then I have never looked back. I know it will take me another 4-5 months to lose the rest but no matter where I go people have noticed and it gives me the incentive to go all the way. But to my coach I must say, that I know, without you, this miracle would not have happened, so coach, thank you.
